For Cash on Delivery orders, processing may begin after order confirmation.

2. Delivery Time

Once the order is dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery to remote or certain serviceable locations may take additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before you place your order.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, weight, or other applicable factors.

4. Delivery Partners

BookSansar may use third-party courier and logistics service providers for delivering orders.

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details may be provided to the customer where available.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

BookSansar will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in case of delivery delays.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including name, address, PIN code, and phone number.

BookSansar will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Package

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your Order ID and photographs/videos of the package.

Any return, replacement, or refund will be handled according to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.
